Regina and her son were thrilled with the new bike and appreciated our extra effort to come back the same day. It was a special birthday present. Regina thanked me effusively as I left but as I got to the door, she quietly whispered something I’ll never forget, “We’re REALLY gonna need your help this Christmas.”
