A line in the My Brother's Keeper Prayer says, "When I experience the joy of giving to my children, help me remember the agony of those who must watch their children go without."
Since 1990, My Brother's Keeper has brought joy to kids and removed stress from parents who could not provide presents for their children at Christmas.
This past December, My Brother's Keeper delivered personally-selected gifts to 2,417 families— 9,637 children and adults!— living in 72 communities from the North Shore down to Fall River and Cape Cod.
Many Christmas programs only serve children under age 13, but in keeping with our mission, My Brother's Keeper serves the whole family… children, teens, and parents too.
In addition to their presents, each family also receives a ham or turkey and a $40 gift card to Shaw's Supermarket to help provide a special Christmas meal.
