My Brother's Keeper mails a follow-up survey to every furniture recipient. As a matter of dignity and respect, we want to give the families we serve a voice, an opportunity to tell us how we're doing. Recipients are asked a variety of questions and space is allotted for comments and suggestions, resulting in many of the thank you's which appear below.
