My Brother's Keeper makes 3,600 food deliveries each year in Brockton and Easton.
We are the only local charity which delivers emergency groceries as a core program, very important to the elderly and those without transportation. Families call My Brother's Keeper between 12-1 pm and receive a substantial, healthy food delivery between 3-5 pm the same day.
Our deliveries consist of non-perishable canned goods, a wonderful variety of fresh fruits and vegetables plus milk, juice, eggs, butter, meat, cheese, and bread.
Food stamps can only be used to purchase edible items so our deliveries also include essential personal hygiene products like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and diapers when available.
My Brother's Keeper delivers surplus fruit and vegetables each week to several other local charities including Catholic Charities, Father Bill's & Mainspring, Friends of the Unborn, The Table, and The Charity Guild.
