How to Request Assistance from
My Brother's Keeper
Helpline:
Emergency Food Assistance: The My Brother's Keeper food line opens Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 12:00 Noon. The line remains open as long as we are able to accept requests for that day. Our staff and volunteers are able to make a limited number of deliveries to people living in Brockton and Easton only.
When calling for help, please be prepared with the names and birthdates of all those living in your home. Due to the volume of calls, we are unable to accept voice messages from this number. This is the only way in which we can be contacted for food assistance.
Furniture Assistance: The My Brother's Keeper furniture line is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 1:00 - 3:00PM. My Brother's Keeper helps with basic furniture items which are used but in good condition. Assistance is given free of charge and by delivery only. No pickups at our facility are allowed. Please know that we are not able to provide immediate help after we recieve your request. My Brother's Keeper always has a waiting list because we recieve so many requests for help.
